| Dial-Out | Ten minutes prior to call start time, Operators call participants from a list provided during reservations and join them to the conference. |
| Direct Entry | Participants are placed directly into the conference and may communicate with each other prior to the Leader joining. |
| E-Mail Confirmation | Automated reservation confirmation is sent to the contact after the reservation is scheduled. |
| Entry/Exit Tone | Tone plays when each participant joins or leaves the conference. |
| Leader First | Leader is joined to the conference before any participants. |
| Leader Last | Leader is joined to the conference after all participants have joined, at the request of the Leader, or at the conference's scheduled start time. |
| Name Announce | Operator announces each participant's name as they are joined to the conference. |
| Music Entry | Participants are placed on music hold until the Leader joins the conference. |
| Password | Participants are required to provide a valid password in order to join the conference. Leader specifies the password during the reservation. |
| Roll-Call | Operator recites the names of participants who are in the conference. Roll Call is executed after the Leader joins the call. |
| Special Annunciation | Participants are greeted by a customised announcement, which is played while participants are on hold for that specific conference. |
