- When you receive an invite to a Microsoft Live Meeting, this will come via e-mail and features the time, date and details of the Web Conference.
- Near the time of the Web Conference, click the Live Meeting hyperlink on your invite, this will launch your Web browser, or alternatively go directly to the CentraCall Live Meeting website .
- The Microsoft Live Meeting website will open with Name, Meeting ID and Meeting Key (If required) on screen. Fill in the name you wish to appear in the Live Meeting and click 'Join Meeting'.
- Live Meeting will then launch on your PC, and you will join the meeting.
- Once finished, simply click File > Exit Session.
